Brothers Tire used & new tires

Bought 4 used tires from them that appeared to have good tread. Within 2 weeks 2 were losing air. Took it back and they told me one was the stem, charged me to fix. The other was supposedly a crack in my rim which had never given problems prior to them handling it, charged me to fix. Fast forward 2 more weeks losing air in the one they repaired the stem again. They took it off and showed me cracking in 4 places inside the tire. Had to get owner on the phone to request a different tire because the ones they sold were obviously bad. He agreed to replace then watched the employee put the same tire back on my rim and send me off. Avoid this place if at all possible. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

Playing on my fear, The Man at Big Tire told me the tiny nail was in a place where it was illegal to repair, and my only choice was to buy a new tire. See the photo. My finger is touching the repair, obviously in the tread, not on the sidewall. The Man claimed this part of the tire is technically part of the sidewall even though it is a part of the tread that is in contact with the pavement. Since this is a matched set of four, I was reluctant to break up the set, when the set had a lot of good miles still left in it. So I called BS and took my car to this quiet little shop, Brothers Tire. They took out the nail, patched the hole, all while I waited about a half hour, then charged me $15 and sent me on my way. Tire repairs are not rocket science. Go to Brothers Tire in Bartlesville and get a second opinion. They'll take care of you, and their prices are reasonable.

Bought 4 tires from here . The first experience they showed me two tires that I agreed to have installed, then installed two different tires that had damage on them . Almost 2 years ago. Just recently went and needed two tires , paid about $125 for them , most shops charge you that much for 1 brand new. So to get two used-like-new tires is not bad. Been a week and no leaks or flat tires anymore.

Damaged the pinch welds on my van, had a 16 year old kid changing my tire. He also tried jacking the van up from the strut rod which wollered it out and permanently damaged my van to where I'd need to cut the mount off the frame and weld a new one. This experience is about 4 years ago they could be better by now, they were my place to go but lost my loyalty.

I have only ever had amazing service from this shop. I got a huge construction bolt stuck in my tire and they replaced it with a nearly new tire with great tread for a reasonable price! Courteous and kind!
